Lead times vary depending on the size of the portrait and seasonal demand. Estimated lead times are provided within each product description as a guide.

Your estimated completion date will be confirmed by email within 48 hours of receiving your photos. If you require your portrait for a special occasion or by a specific date, please let me know when I contact you.

All portraits are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Original Artworks

Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked service.

Unfortunately, due to the nature and value of the artwork, the parcel cannot be left in a safe place and must be delivered directly to the recipient.​

Art prints

Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked service.

If a print needs to be specially ordered, I will notify you and provide an estimated delivery timeframe. In these cases, dispatch may take up to 4 weeks, after which your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.
