• FSC® certified greeting cards, envelopes, gift certificates, sleeves, stickers, and cardboard packaging.

• Greeting cards are fully recyclable and chlorine-free.

• Multipacks are packaged together where possible to reduce waste.

• Some existing cello-wrap stock is still being used before transitioning to more sustainable packaging.

• Cardboard packaging can be recycled, composted, or reused.

• Gift certificates are supplied without an envelope to minimise waste.

Each artwork is created using professional-quality archival materials selected for their durability and longevity.

To help preserve your artwork:

• Keep out of direct sunlight to help prevent fading.

• Display in a stable environment away from excessive heat, humidity, and damp conditions.

• Handle with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the artwork surface.

• If framed behind glass, clean only the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the frame or artwork.

All original artworks, prints, and custom pet portraits include a printed care card for future reference.

Greeting Cards & Gift Certificates: Dispatched within 2 working days and sent via Royal Mail First Class

Pet Portraits & Commissions: Lead times vary depending on the size of the portrait and seasonal demand. Estimated lead times are provided within each product description as a guide.

Your estimated completion date will be confirmed by email within 48 hours of receiving your order/photos. If you require your portrait for a special occasion or by a specific date, please let me know when I contact you.

All portraits are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Original Artworks:

Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked service.

Unfortunately, due to the nature and value of the artwork, the parcel cannot be left in a safe place and must be delivered directly to the recipient.

Art prints:

Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked service.

If a print needs to be specially ordered, I will notify you and provide an estimated delivery timeframe. In these cases, dispatch may take up to 4 weeks, after which your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.

Greeting Cards, Prints, Original Artwork & Gifts

Eligible ready-made products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Custom Pet Portraits & Commissions

As custom pet portraits and commissioned artwork are created specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once completed and approved, except where required by law.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Where appropriate, I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
